Call for Me

I need something now
Something to make me fly
Make me squeal of delight
Yell for me
So i can find you
I stumble in the darkness
I don't know which way to go
Your voice would give me wins.
You would give me the gift of flight.
And a chance for hope.
But now, hope is only a word
A shallow, meaningless morsel
Left from the plate of others happiness.
I'm left only with this crumb
So i angrily throw it back
My selfishness calls for more
But there's none left
I cansee the full bellies of them.
My envy of their fullness
Is why I only have the shallow morsel.
Hungrily I wait for your call
So my hope can become
A morsel inside of me
And fill my belly too
